NOVELTY - A graphene/active carbon composite electrode material comprises activated carbon particles, graphene and a polymer binder, where the graphite is distributed on the surface of the activated carbon particles, the mass ratio of the graphene/active carbon composite electrode material is 0.5-10%, and mass ratio of the graphene to the activated carbon particles is 1: 1-1:20.
