NOVELTY - The actuator has a carbon nano tube made of carbon nano material that is mixed with graphene oxide. USE - Electro-thermal pump type actuator. ADVANTAGE - The nano carbon material thin film drives the electro-thermal actuator through heating seal gas, thus providing low response, small temperature change, large stress, quick response and better stability.
