NOVELTY - Graphene flexible metal crack detection sensor comprises a reference formation and a resonant structure. The central position of the reference formation is provided with a hollow area, where material of reference formation and resonant structure is graphene macroscopic film. USE - Graphene flexible metal crack detection sensor used in automotive industry. ADVANTAGE - The graphene macroscopic film has excellent mechanical flexibility, conductivity and thermal conductivity, and high temperature resistance, and good corrosion resistance. It exhibits excellent electrical stability under mechanical deformation, and has very good adaptability to the complex environment, and is more easy to be conformal with the metal to be tested.
