NOVELTY - Stainless steel anti-bacterial-fouling coating comprises 28-36 pts. wt. aqueous resin, 40-60 pts. water resin, 0.5-1 pts. wt. deionized water varnish catalyst, 5-10 pts. wt. cross-linking agent, 2-20 pts. wt. nano titanium dioxide, 3-8 pts. wt. gas phase silicon dioxide, 5 20 pts. wt. nanosilica, 1-2 pts. wt. film-forming auxiliary agent, 0 5-1.0 pts. wt. dispersant and 0.2-0.7 pts. wt. antifoaming agent. USE - Stainless steel anti-bacterial-fouling coating. ADVANTAGE - The stainless steel anti-bacterial antifouling coating has good antifoaming effect, and is easy to clean. It has good antibacterial property and adhesive force. The coating and the product surface the coating are smooth without residue. It is prepared by the composite emulsion, and the anti-biological nano particles are uniformly dispersed in the coating, which effectively prevents the phenomenon of secondary agglomeration of the nano-particles.
