NOVELTY - Preparing graphene polyurethane agricultural machinery track comprises e.g. (i) pre-polymer using in-mold molding method, under high-temperature casting, centrifuging, molding, mold releasing, cleaning and assembly mold, (ii) placing mold placed within 2-3 layers of carbon fiber mesh, 3-4 layers of steel mesh, (iii) preparing crosslinking agent, (vi) preheating the prepolymer and crosslinking agent and then adding into pouring machine, adjusting pouring machine directly into the mold, (v) placing good mold into an oven, and then curing, and (vi) stripping to obtain final product. USE - The method is useful for preparing graphene polyurethane agricultural machinery track (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The machinery track has service life more than 8 times of ordinary rubber, and greatly improved cutting strength, tensile strength, abrasion resistance, and aging degree. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing graphene polyurethane agricultural machinery track comprises (i) pre-polymer using in-mold molding method, under high-temperature casting, centrifuging, molding, mold releasing, cleaning and assembly mold, where pre-polymer composed of 66.5-71 wt.% polyurethane resin, 15-20 wt.% isocyanate, 2-5 wt.% reinforced graphene, 5-8 wt.% flame retardant, 2 wt.% cold agent, 2 wt.% wear agent, 1 wt.% anti-aging agent, 0.05-0.1 wt.% catalyst, 0.1 wt.% gel delay agent, and 0.1-0.2 wt.% defoamer, (ii) placing mold placed within 2-3 layers of carbon fiber mesh, 3-4 layers of steel mesh, (iii) preparing crosslinking agent, where amount of crosslinking agent is 14-18 wt.% of total amount of prepolymer, (vi) preheating the prepolymer and crosslinking agent and then adding into pouring machine, adjusting pouring machine directly into the mold, (v) placing good mold into an oven, and then curing at 80-120 degrees C for 6-12 hours, and (vi) stripping to obtain final product.
