NOVELTY - The device has a container formed as a barrel-shaped structure. A wall of the container is covered with conductive material. A rotating shaft is fixedly connected with the container. A first rotating shaft section at an outer side of the container and a second rotating shaft section in a cavity at an inner side of the container are fixed with each other. A power supply device comprises an anode electric brush and a cathode electric brush. The anode electrical brush is in contact with the outer wall of a container wall. The cathode electric brush is in electric connection with a first rotating axis section of the rotating shaft. USE - Device for manufacturing graphene by centrifugal electrochemical process. Uses include but are not limited to material learning, micro-nano processing, energy generation, biomedicine and drug delivery. ADVANTAGE - The device introduces centrifugal action for manufacturing graphene, selects graphite powder as raw material in easy and convenient manner, which can reduce problem of incomplete stripping of a graphite sheet, and obtains a high-quality graphene product.
