NOVELTY - Environmentally-friendly nano-cable material comprises 40-50 pts. polyvinyl chloride resin, 20-25 pts. calcium zirconate, 10-15 pts. barium titanate, 8-10 pts. graphene, 12-18 pts. plasticizer, 4-6 pts. crosslinking agent, 35-45 pts. filler, 12-16 pts. melamine cyanurate, 5-10 pts. antimony sulfide and 5-8 pts. aluminum hypophosphite. USE - Used as a nano-cable material. ADVANTAGE - The cable material has improved heat resistance, good strength and good elongation property. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing nano-cable material, comprising: (i) adding all raw materials into a high speed mixer for high speed mixing; (ii) transferring the mixed material into a twin-screw plastic mixing machine for uniform mastication; (iii) cooling the masticated material, bracing and pelletizing; and (iv) passing the granules into a dryer for drying.
