NOVELTY - Preparing highly ordered and dense graphene thermal conductive film, comprises (i) concentrating the low-concentration graphene oxide (GO) solution by high-speed centrifugation to obtain nematic liquid crystal graphene oxide, (ii) mixing reduced graphene oxide (rGO) powder and nematic liquid crystal graphene oxide obtained in step (i) to obtain colloid, (iii) preparing rGO/GO film from colloid obtained in step (iii), (iv) thermally processing the film prepared in step (iii), and (v) calendering the heat-treated film, and then performing secondary heat treatment. USE - The method is useful for preparing highly ordered and dense graphene thermal conductive film. ADVANTAGE - The graphene thermal conductive film: has thin size, high thermal conductivity as 2025 W/km and flexibility. The thickness of the film can be 2asterisk100 mu m.
