NOVELTY - The device has a bionic flexible structure whose inner portion is filled with dielectric liquid. A head portion is formed with a curved surface-shaped bistable structure under pressure load of a throwing object. A dielectric elastomer layer (5) is formed at a rod portion for forming a driver integral frame and coating and sealing dielectric liquid (2). A flexible electrode layer (4) is connected with an external power supply through a lead (6). A wet/light/heat sensitive layer (3) is formed on a neck portion for adjusting directional feeding direction of a flexible driver. A throwing object (1) e.g. regular spherical and ellipsoidal-shaped objects with certain weight, is stably placed on the head portion to generate volume compression to driver head liquid. USE - Quick object directional feeding function featured bionic flexible driving device. Uses include but are not limited to a satellite, aircraft and weapon. ADVANTAGE - The device has high throwing speed and high throwing force, and realizes non-destructive delivery of the object.
