NOVELTY - Complex material comprises 35-60 parts thermosetting plastic waste, 30-45 parts polypropylene, 15-20 parts polytetrafluoroethylene, 12-15 parts nano calcium carbonate, 0.2-1 parts curing agent, 2-5 parts stabilizing agent, 2-8 parts blowing agent, 1-3 parts graphene, 15-25 parts carbon fiber and 15-23 parts mica. USE - Used as complex material. ADVANTAGE - The complex processing has high hardness and high toughness (claimed). DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing complex material comprising (a) using thermosetting plastic waste crushing into particle diameter of 80-140 meshes; (b) taking thermosetting plastic waste, polypropylene, polytetrafluoroethylene, carbon nano calcium, curing agent, stabilizing agent, blowing agent, graphene, mica powder, placing into high speed mixer for uniformly mixing to obtain mixture; (c) decocting at 120-200 degrees C for 2 hours to obtain slurry; (d) using carbon fiber put in high speed mixer to stirring evenly and drying to obtain mixing material machine; and (e) finally mixing base material at 150-180 degrees C and high low temperature melt kneading, extruding rolling pass, laminating technology or injecting molding.
