NOVELTY - Light-colored graphite conductive paint comprises 40-45 wt.% water-soluble resin and curing agent, 20-28 wt.% walnut shell modified graphene polyaniline composite, 3.0-5.0 wt.% zinc oxide pigment, 0.5-2.0 wt.% thickening agent, 1.5-2.5 wt.% cross-linking coupling agent, 0.5-3.0 wt.% dispersant, 0.1-1.0 wt.% antifoaming agent, 0.1-1.0 wt.% flatting agent, and rest is deionized water. The walnut shell modified graphene polyaniline composite is prepared by mixing walnut shell, melamine and 0.8-1.5mol/L sodium hydroxide solution in a mass ratio of 1-1.3:0.9-1.2:50 to obtain a uniform slurry, diluting slurry with water for 2-3 times, stirring it uniformly, standing, and removing bottom layer precipitate to obtain a biomass dispersion. The biomass dispersion is mixed with graphene oxide solution to obtain a reaction liquid, which is hydrothermally reacted at 15-18 degrees C and subjected to dialysis treatment at 180-200 degrees C to obtain final walnut shell-modified graphene dispersion. USE - Light-colored graphite conductive paint. ADVANTAGE - The light-colored graphite conductive paint has excellent storage stability, good conductivity, good adhesive force, impact resistance, and flexibility. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - The content of biomass in reaction liquid is 3.0-4.0mg/mL, and content of graphene oxide in reaction solution is 0.5-2.0mg/mL. The aniline polymerization is carried out in walnut shell modified graphene dispersion to obtain final walnut shell modified graphene polyaniline composite. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing a light-colored graphite conductive paint, which involves: (A) mixing water-soluble resin, walnut shell-modified graphene polyaniline composite, zinc oxide pigment, thickening agent, crosslinking coupling agent, dispersing agent and water uniformly to obtain mixed material; and (B) adding antifoaming agent and flatting agent uniformly, mixing and packaging curing agent separately to obtain final product.
