ADVANTAGE - The transition metal sulfide catalyst which reduces graphene oxide as the carrier and has a catalytic activity, and has high conversion rate and high selectivity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) a method for preparing transition metal sulfide catalyst, which involves mixing a transition metal salt, a sulfide, a reducing agent, a dispersing agent, water, and graphene oxide, and hydrothermally reacting in a high pressure reactor to obtain final product; and (2) a method for preparing an aromatic amine compound, which involves subjecting an aromatic nitro compound, a reducing agent, a catalyst to water to a water bath reaction to obtain an aromatic amine compound.
