NOVELTY - Conductive composite material is fiber reinforced composite material filled with carbon-based conductive fillers laminated composite material is composed of graphene oxide modified carbon conductive filler and graphene oxide modified grid cloth alternately laid. The quality composition of the material includes 100 pts. wt. base resin, 800-900 pts. wt. carbon-based conductive filler based on pure resin, 1-5 pts. wt. graphene oxide, 400-600 pts. wt. grid cloth. The matrix resin is phenolic resin or epoxy resin. USE - Conductive composite material. ADVANTAGE - The conductive composite material has good conductivity, high mechanical strength and strong designability, suitable for active electrode materials, and also suitable for structure/energy storage integrated composite material batteries. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing a conductive composite material, which involves: (A) modified glue preparation, grid cloth prepreg preparation, carbon-based conductive filler pretreatment, layup and hot pressing process, and then diluting the matrix resin to 5-10 wt.% with a solvent; (B) adding graphene oxide, and after the dispersion is uniform, ultrasonicating for 4-8 hours to obtain a modified glue solution; (C) preparing grid cloth prepreg by immersing mesh cloth with modified glue and drying, until it is not sticky to get the mesh cloth prepreg; (D) slowly adding carbon-based conductive filler into the modified glue solution, mixing well, vacuum drying at 40-60 degrees C, grinding and sieving at room temperature to obtain modified carbon-based conductive filler powder; and (E) laying alternately in the mold cavity coated with release agent in the order of carbon-based conductive filler powder/grid cloth prepreg/carbon-based conductive filler powder.
