▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A single layer graphene film is formed on a copper foil and the copper foil is cut into round shape. The foil surface is spin-coated with polymethylmethacrylate, baked, and soaked in ferric chloride solution. The graphene film is removed to obtain graphene film on polymethylmethacrylate, and ferric chloride is removed using water. The graphene film is contacted with a mirror and weak argon is flown, naturally dried, baked, dried, washed, and dried naturally to obtain large-sized graphene saturable absorber mirror. USE - Preparation of saturable absorber mirror (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables simple and efficient preparation of large-sized graphene saturable absorber mirror having large specific surface area, without any damage. The complete chemical structure and size of graphene is maintained in centimeter magnitude. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A single layer graphene film is formed on a copper foil and the copper foil is cut into round shape. The foil surface is spin-coated with polymethylmethacrylate and placed on a hot plate for 4-8 minutes at 150-180 degrees C. The copper foil is baked and soaked in ferric chloride solution at room temperature. The graphene film is removed from the substrate, copper is corroded completely to obtain graphene film on polymethylmethacrylate, and ferric chloride is removed using water. The graphene film is contacted with a mirror and weak argon is flown to the surface, naturally dried, baked on a hot plate at 150-180 degrees C for 45-60 minutes, dried in acetone for dissolving polymethylmethacrylate, washed with ethanol, and dried naturally to obtain large-sized graphene saturable absorber mirror.
