▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Light-guiding fiber for photocatalyzing carbon dioxide to prepare methanol is a skin-core structure, including a light guiding layer, a photocatalytic layer covering the light guiding layer and a protective layer covering the photocatalytic layer. The light guide layer is cross-shaped and contains high polymer with light guide effect; the total light transmittance of the polymer is 88-90%, and the refractive index is 1.45-1.50. The protective layer comprises thermoplastic polyurethane nanofiber, and the equivalent thickness ratio of the light guiding layer, the photocatalytic layer and the protective layer is 700-1000:0.3-2:100-500. USE - Light-guiding fiber for photocatalyzing carbon dioxide to prepare methanol. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: preparation method of light-guiding fiber for photocatalyzing carbon dioxide to prepare methanol, comprising (a) obtaining light guiding layer by thermal compression molding of a high polymer with a light guiding effect; (b) calcining the slurry and coating on the light guide layer to obtain a preform, obtaining slurry by adding photocatalyst and sodium bicarbonate solution into polyethylene glycol aqueous solution and mixing; (c) thermally stretching the preform to obtain fibrous filaments; and (d) blow-spinning the outer surface of the fibrous filament to obtain the light-guiding fiber for preparing methanol by photocatalyzing carbon dioxide; and a flexible polyurethane tube. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a schematic cross-sectional view of a light-guiding fiber for photocatalyzing carbon dioxide to prepare methanol. 101Light guide layer 102Light catalytic layer 103Protective layer
