▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparation of coated graphene nano-silicon composite material porous carbon layer structure comprises preparing dispersions of metal salt compounds and nanocrystalline silicon, mixing dispersion with graphite and carbon source, grindign, spray drying to obtain spherical micron sized powder, decomposing metal salt compound in spherical like micron powder, releasing gas causing externally coated carbon layer to obtain porous structure, introducing organic carbon source gas and inert gas, forming three-dimensional graphene structure by chemical vapor deposition (CVD) under the action of metal salt oxide, pickling product to remove metal oxide, washing to neutral and drying in blast drying oven. USE - The method is for preparation of coated graphene nano-silicon composite material porous carbon layer structure. ADVANTAGE - The coating structure of external carbon shell prevents direct contact between electrolyte and nano silicon so stable solidelectrolyte interphase (SEI)film can be formed outside carbon shell, alleviates problem of SEI crack and regrowth caused by volume change in process of nano silicon charge and discharge.
