NOVELTY - Gas diffusion layer comprises base layer and microporous layer, where the preparation material of base layer includes modified polytetrafluoroethylene emulsion and carbon bottom layer, the microporous layer includes microporous layer slurry, the preparation material of microporous layer slurry comprises modified epoxy resin, acetone, water-repellent emulsion and conductive carbon material, the modified polytetrafluoroethylene emulsion includes polytetrafluoroethylene, ethanol, graphene, nano-copper oxide, silane coupling agent, water, perfluorooctanoic acid amine and potassium persulfate, and the modified epoxy resin include nano-montmorillonite, nano-alumina, silane coupling agent, ethanol, cyclohexanone, polydimethylsiloxane, benzyldimethylamine and epoxy resin. USE - The gas diffusion layer is useful for proton exchange membrane fuel cell (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The layer has high porosity and good air permeability, excellent battery performance of single cell.
