▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Electrostatic superconductivity negative ion material comprises 50-75 wt.% nano tourmaline powder, 5-15 wt.% nano titanium dioxide, 15-20 wt.% pseudo boehmite, 4-10 wt.% nano silicon dioxide and 1-5 wt.% graphene. USE - The negative ion material is useful for automotive seat cushion and pillow core (both claimed). ADVANTAGE - The negative ion material: has radioactive internal index of 0.01, external index of 0.02, far infrared ray detection wavelength of 4-16 mu m and greater than 70% (national standard greater than 50%), normal emission rate of 0.88 (national standard greater than 0.8), formaldehyde removing rate of 94.7% after 48 hours, and volatile organic compounds removing rate of 93.1%. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing negative ion material, comprising (i) mixing uniformly graphene, nano silicon dioxide, nano tourmaline powder, nano titanium dioxide and 10-40% anhydrous ethanol solution for 1.5-3 hours under stirring condition to obtain component 1, (ii) drying pseudo boehmite at 90-150 degrees C for 1.5-3 hours, heating to 200-350 degrees C, incubating for 2.5-3.5 hours, heating to 700-850 degrees C and incubating for 3-5 hours, cooling naturally, then processing the pseudo boehmite into 300-400-mesh fine powder to obtain component 2, and (iii) mixing uniformly the component 2 and component 1 for 1-3 hours under stirring condition, drying at 50-60 degrees C for 0.5-3 hours, again drying at 100-150 degrees C for 1-2 hours, crushing into 100-400 mesh dry powder, then processing the above dry powder into 1200-3000 mesh dry powder by air flow grinding, and packaging.
