▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Functional nonwoven fabric comprises melt-blown layer in which short thermoplastic resin fibers and thermoplastic resin melt-blown filament fibers are mixed, spunbond layer laminated on surface of the melt blown layer, and a conductive nanoparticle coating layer formed on the surface of spunbond layer disposed on the outermost surface. USE - Functional nonwoven fabric use for producing sound-absorbing facings, where the functional nonwoven fabric is selected from blown-meltblown-spunbond, spunbond-meltblown, spunbond-meltblown-spunbond, spunbond-meltblown-meltblown-spunbond, and spunbond-spunbond-mel (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The functional nonwoven fabric has high electromagnetic wave shielding or electrical conductivity while maintaining sound absorption performance, and minimizes the inflow of electromagnetic waves generated in indoor electrical equipment, high voltage batteries and motors. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for method for spinning a thermoplastic resin into filament fibers, to the spun filament fiber, a thermoplastic resin short fiber, which involves preparing one melt-blown layer formed by mixing a short fiber mixture including short thermoplastic resin fibers and conductive short fibers, laminating one spunbond layer on one surface of the meltblown layer, and a coating layer forming a conductive nanoparticle coating layer on the surface of one spunbond layer disposed at the outermost layer.
