NOVELTY - Graphene fluorocarbon metallic paint comprises 60-70 pts. wt. fluorocarbon resin, 5-10 pts. wt. aluminum silver paste, 20-25 pts. wt. solvent, 0.1-1 pts. wt. graphite, 0.1-1 pts. wt. dispersant, 0.5-1 pts. wt. orientation agent and 0.1-1 pts. wt. anti-settling agent as component A, and curing agent as component B, where fluorocarbon resin is fluoroethylene vinyl ether (FEVE) resin, the aluminum silver paste is floating type aluminum powder, the aluminum powder particle has diameter of 10 mu m, the solvent is butyl acetate or dimethylbenzene, the graphene is modified by coupling agent. USE - The metallic paint is useful for conductive and radiating demand situations. ADVANTAGE - The metallic paint: has excellent coating and corrosion resistance properties, and excellent conductivity. The preparation of graphene fluorocarbon metallic paint comprising ultrasonic dispersing graphene, fluorocarbon resin and a part of solvent, then adding orientation, then mechanically stirring and uniformly dispersing, adding aluminum silver paste and rest solvent, then adding dispersing agent, mechanically stirring and uniformly dispersing, then adding aluminum silver paste (has excellent dispersibility of the dispersed graphene fluorocarbon resin liquid), anti-settling agent, mechanically stirring and uniformly dispersing to obtain metal paint of A component, curing agent as metallic paint component B, and then uniformly mixing.
