NOVELTY - Graphene/ poly(2-(N-carbazolyl)ethyl methacrylate) composite brush material comprises is claimed, prepared by e.g. (i) dispersing graphene oxide, 2-bromoisobutyryl bromide and triethylamine in organic solvent, reacting and centrifuging to obtain graphene oxide; (ii) dispersing initiating group containing graphene oxide N, N-dimethylformamide, flame-retardant active agent and 2-(N-carbazolyl)ethyl methacrylate, reacting and centrifuging to obtain surface graft product; and (iii) dispersing obtained product into water, adding reducing agent, reacting and centrifuging. USE - The composite brush material is useful in information storage device as electrically active intermediate layer (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The composite brush material has storage effect (claimed). DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Graphene/ poly(2-(N-carbazolyl)ethyl methacrylate) composite brush material comprises is claimed, prepared by (i) dispersing 0.5-1 g graphene oxide, 20-50 ml 2-bromoisobutyryl bromide and 10-20 ml triethylamine in 50-100 ml organic solvent, reacting in an ice-water bath for 24-48 hours, then centrifuging, washing and drying to obtain initiating group containing graphene oxide; (ii) dispersing 0.1-0.2 g initiating group containing graphene oxide in 5-10 ml N, N-dimethylformamide, 3-6 mg catalyst, 0.5-1.2 mg flame-retardant active agent, 0.15-0.3 mmol ligand and 1.2-2 mmol 2-(N-carbazolyl)ethyl methacrylate under argon atmosphere, reacting at 60-70 degrees C for 18-36 hours, then centrifuging, washing, and drying to obtain surface graft poly(2-(N-carbazolyl)ethyl methacrylate) brush graphene oxide; and (iii) dispersing 0.1-0.2 g obtained product into 30-50 ml water, adding 0.5-0.8 g reducing agent, reacting at 80-90 degrees C for 18-24 hours, then centrifuging, washing and drying to obtain desired product.
