USE - Method for extracting fluorescent nano structures from carbon source used in display, photo voltaic, illumination, bio-medicine, anti-counterfeiting labels, oil field tracers, brighteners, lithium ion batteries, super capacitors, conductive and thermal conductive films, composite materials and gas barrier materials (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables to extract fluorescent nanostructures from carbon source is improves dispersibility in high salinity water by dispersing the dispersant, and suppresses agglomeration phenomenon.
