▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - A polyimide-zinc organic framework-loaded graphene oxide hybrid film comprises a polyimide and zinc organic skeleton-loaded graphene oxide composite nanosheets, and has thickness of 70-80 mu m. The mass ratio of polyimide and zinc organic framework-loaded graphene oxide nanosheets is (0.7-0.95):(0.3-0.05). USE - Polyimide-zinc organic framework-loaded graphene oxide hybrid film used for separating carbon dioxide and nitrogen (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The polyimide-zinc organic framework-loaded graphene oxide hybrid film has excellent comprehensive performance, carbon dioxide permeability of 238 barrer or less, and carbon dioxide/nitrogen selectivity of 65. The carbon dioxide/nitrogen permeability of the polyimide-zinc organic framework hybrid membrane is increased by 155% and 134%, respectively compared to pure polyimide film which is increased by 180% and 48%, respectively. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for manufacture of polyimide-zinc organic framework-loaded graphene oxide hybrid film, which involves adding 98 %mass concentrated sulfuric acid to a reactor, placing the reactor in an ice bath, vigorously stirring, adding graphite flakes and sodium nitrate, vigorously stirring, adding potassium permanganate, continuously stirring at 273-283 K for 1-5 hours, placing the mixture in water bath at 20-60 degrees C, stirring for 2-8 hours, adding water to the mixture, heating the mixture to 70-120 degrees C for 20-60 minutes, diluting the mixture with water, adding 30% hydrogen peroxide to remove the residual potassium permanganate and manganese dioxide, filtering, washing with 5% hydrochloric acid and distilled water until pH is neutral to obtain graphene oxide, mixing graphene oxide in a methanol-water solution in mass ratio of (1-4):1 to obtain graphene oxide solution (a), ultrasonically dispersing for 1-10 hours, dissolving zinc nitrate hexahydrate and 2-methylimidazole in methanol, stirring for 5-30 minutes to obtain solution (b), mixing the solution (a) and the solution (b), stirring at room temperature for 1-5 hours, filtering, washing with methanol, vacuum drying to obtain zinc organic skeleton-loaded graphene oxide composite nanosheets, adding polyimide to N,N-dimethylacetamide to prepare a polyimide solution having concentration of 5-10%, adding zinc organic skeleton-loaded graphene oxide composite nanosheets, ultrasonically treating for 1-6 hours, adding 5-10% polyimide solution, stirring for 2-20 hours, filtering, and drying at 50 degrees C for 12 hours and 80 degrees C for 12 hours. The mass ratio of graphite flakes to sodium nitrate is (1-5):1. The mass ratio of graphite flakes to potassium permanganate is 1:(1-10).
