NOVELTY - Preparing abrasion resistant coating material comprises (i) mixing xylene, butanol and butyl acetate to obtain mixture M1, (ii) adding ferroferric oxide, talc powder, nano magnesium oxide, diatomaceous earth and graphene in the mixture M1 and mixing to obtain mixture M2, and (iii) mixing molten epoxy resin into the mixture M2 to obtain final product. USE - The coating material is useful for numerical control cutting and folding machine (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The coating material: has excellent abrasion resistance performance; prolongs service life; and reduces maintenance cost.
