▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Method for preparing marine cable insulation material involves (i) placing phenolic resin in a heating kettle, heating to completely melt, heat-preserving and stirring, adding polyethylene terephthalate, heat-preserving and stirring, adding polyurethane resin, and stirring to obtain phenolic resin, (ii) placing graphene in reaction kettle, heating, heat-preserving and stirring, reducing the temperature, adding monoalkoxy titanate, heat-preserving, mixing and stirring, adding methanol, continuously stirring and filtering to obtain treated graphene, (iii) mixing PVC, polyethylene and phenolic resin, heating to completely melt, heat-preserving and stirring to obtain primary mixture, (iv) adding glass fiber, treated graphene and cobalt stearate to a primary mixture, performing heat-preserving and stirring, adding zinc borate, and continuously stirring to obtain a secondary mixture, and (v) placing the secondary mixture in an extruder, and performing extrusion molding to obtain the product. USE - The method is useful preparing marine cable insulation material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method does not use toxic chemical reagent guarantees health of human body during preparation and prolongs service life of cable insulation material. The cable insulation material is environmentally-friendly, has high strength, corrosion resistance and flame retardancy, delays corrosion and aging caused by corrosive component and UV rays in seawater in the using process, guarantees safety and personnel of ship and improves the safety of the marine cable. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Method for preparing marine cable insulation material involves (i) placing phenolic resin in a heating kettle, heating to completely melt at a speed of 2-3 degrees C/minute, heat-preserving and stirring for 35-45 minutes, adding polyethylene terephthalate, heat-preserving and stirring at 85-95 rpm for 30-40 minutes, adding polyurethane resin, and continuously stirring for 40-50 minutes to obtain phenolic resin, (ii) placing graphene in reaction kettle, heating at 86-92 degrees C, heat-preserving and stirring for 25-35 minutes, reducing the temperature to 45-55 degrees C, adding monoalkoxy titanate, heat-preserving, mixing and stirring for 90-120 minutes, adding methanol, continuously stirring for 40-60 minutes and filtering to obtain treated graphene, (iii) mixing PVC, polyethylene and phenolic resin, heating to completely melt at a speed of 3-4 degrees C/minute, heat-preserving and stirring at 86-92 rpm for 60-80 minutes to obtain primary mixture, (iv) adding glass fiber, treated graphene and cobalt stearate to a primary mixture, performing heat-preserving and stirring at 78-84 rpm for 30-40 minutes, adding zinc borate, and continuously stirring for 50-60 minutes to obtain a secondary mixture, and (v) placing the secondary mixture in an extruder, and performing extrusion molding to obtain the product.
