NOVELTY - A high strength graphene film is prepared by mixing 1 pt. wt. graphene and 5-150 pts. wt. mixed solvent, ultrasonically dispersing to obtain graphene dispersion, extruding at 10-1000 ml/hour to obtain shape similar to die opening, soaking in coagulating solution at 10-80 degrees C for 1-100 s, drying to obtain high strength graphite film, shaping into cuboid structure using cuboid-shaped die opening which narrows gradually. USE - Preparation of high strength graphene film (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method is simple, environment-friendly, and consumes less energy, film thickness and size can be adjusted, and film has uniform microstructure composition. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A high strength graphene film is prepared by mixing 1 pt. wt. graphene and 5-150 pts. wt. mixed solvent, ultrasonically dispersing to obtain graphene dispersion, extruding at 10-1000 ml/hour to obtain shape similar to die opening, soaking in coagulating solution at 10-80 degrees C for 1-100 s, drying to obtain high strength graphite film, shaping into cuboid structure using cuboid-shaped die opening which narrows gradually in which mixed solvent comprises water, N-methyl pyrrolidone, acetone, dimethyl sulfoxide, pyridine, dioxane, N,N-dimethyl formamide, N,N-dimethyl acetamide, tetrahydrofuran, butanone, ethylene glycol, and/or diethylene glycol, and coagulating solution comprises 5-10 mass% methanol and sodium hydroxide solution, 5-10 mass% ethanol and sodium hydroxide solution, 5-8 mass% methanol and potassium hydroxide solution, 5-8 mass% potassium hydroxide and ethanol solution, 5-10 mass% aqueous sodium hydroxide solution, 10-20 mass% aqueous sodium sulfate solution, 10-20 mass% aqueous sodium chloride solution, 5-10 mass% aqueous sodium nitrate solution, 5-10 mass% aqueous sodium phosphate solution, 5-8 mass% aqueous potassium chloride solution, 5-10 mass% aqueous ammonium chloride solution, and/or 5-15 mass% aqueous ammonia solution.
