NOVELTY - Self-repairing anti-corrosive outdoor building graphene paint is claimed. The graphene paint is prepared by mixing self-repairing micro capsule, polytetrafluoroethylene resin, sodium dodecylbenzenesulfonate-modified graphene dispersion and additive, where the capsule-core of the self-repairing micro capsule is a polyurethane prepolymer formed by 1,4-butanediol, cyclohexanone or isophorone diisocyanate, and the capsule wall is polyurethane. USE - Used as self-repairing anti-corrosive outdoor building graphene paint. ADVANTAGE - The paint uses self-repairing micro capsule which improves self-repairing performance and repairing effect of paint, and further improves comprehensive performance of the dope, and also uses graphene which improves anti-corrosion ability of the paint. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing self-repairing anti-corrosive outdoor building graphene paint, comprising (i) adding isophorone diisocyanate into a reactor, heating to 50-55 degrees C, dropping catalyst under magnetic force stirring, then slowly dripping into mixed solution of 1,4-butanediol and cyclohexanone, heating to 60-65 degrees C and reacting for 5-6 hours, cooling to 3-8 degrees C and refrigerating for 1-2 hours to obtain BD-IPDI capsule core precursor material, (ii) adding toluene diisocyanate (TDI) into the reactor, heating to 40-45 degrees C, dropping catalyst under magnetic force stirring, then slowly dropping mixed solution of 1,4-butanediol and cyclohexanone, heating to 50-55 degrees C, stirring and reacting for 4.5-5 hours, cooling to 3-8 degrees C and refrigerating for 1-2 hours to obtain BD-TDI capsule wall precursor material, (iii) adding the capsule core and capsule wall of the precursor material, mixing and stirring uniformly to form mixed liquid, transferring to the dropping funnel, mixing with the emulsifier gum Arabic and deionized water to form a solution, then quickly dropping the mixed solution into the solution, magnetically stirring for 2-2.5 hours to form stable emulsion, then heating to 70-75 degrees C and adding chain extender, stirring to form stable suspension, filtering, washing and drying to obtain self-repairing microcapsule, and (iv) adding the self-repairing micro capsule into the polytetrafluoroethylene resin having concentration of 40-50 wt.%, adding sodium dodecylbenzenesulfonate-modified graphene dispersion, additive, and uniformly mixing to obtain final product.
