▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Directly preparing sodium ferric phosphate composite material from pyrite, comprises (i) dispersing pyrite and phosphorus source, sodium source, carbon source in absolute ethanol respectively to obtain mixed solution, adjusting pH value of the mixed solution to 2-6, vacuum ball milling, filtering and drying to obtain solid powder, (ii) heating solid powder to 300-400 ℃ for preheating under protective atmosphere containing hydrogen, and then heating at 500-700 ℃ for sintering to obtain composite material. In the pyrite, the iron and sulfur contents are more than 99.9%, and the associated elements cobalt and nickel are contained. USE - The sodium ferric phosphate composite material is useful in anode material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The composite material ensures direct synthesis of the mineral material to the battery material, reduces production cost and shortens technological process; and has characteristics of simple preparation method, low cost of raw materials, high theoretical capacity, ideal voltage and stable cycle. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for: Sodium ferric phosphate composite material obtained by above method; and Anode material.
