NOVELTY - Solvent-free epoxy graphene zinc powder coating comprises 20-80 pts. wt. active epoxy resin, 3-8 pts. wt. powdered graphene, 20-35 pts. wt. polyaminoamide resin, 3-8 pts. wt. thixotropic agent, 4-10 pts. wt. filler, 5-12 pts. wt. anti-corrosion additives, 10-25 pts. wt. repairing agent, where the repairing agent is nano-silica sol and modified nano-zinc powder with a volume ratio of 2-5:10. USE - The solvent-free epoxy graphene zinc powder coating is useful in chemical industry, petroleum, metallurgy, electric power, mechanical industry, maritime equipment, equipment manufacturing field, storage tank, conveying pipe, and steel structure. ADVANTAGE - The solvent-free epoxy graphene zinc powder coating has good corrosion resistance and self-repairing function, and is not easy to crack and fall off. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparation method of solvent-free epoxy graphene zinc powder coating, comprising (i) mixing active epoxy resin and polyaminoamide resin, stirring evenly at high speed, adding repairing agent for vacuum stirring at vacuum degree of 0.5-2*10-2MPa, the stirring speed is 600-800 revolutions/minute, stirring for 5-12 minutes to obtain mixture I, (ii) adding the powdered graphene, thixotropic agent and filler into the high-speed disperser, the power of the high-speed disperser is 7.5-15kw, and the rotating speed is 300-1800 revolutions/minute to obtain the mixture II, and (iii) mixing mixture I and mixture II, stirring to uniform, adding anti-corrosion agent and repairing agent, and carrying out mechanical stirring, and performing high-speed dispersion treatment to obtain a solvent-free epoxy graphene zinc powder coating.
