▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - An anti-corrosion alloy steel comprises 0.02-0.05% carbon, 0.02-0.04% silicon, 0.005-0.007% nickel, 0.02-0.04% aluminum, 0.1-0.2% manganese, not greater than 0.02% sulfur, 0.002-0.004% titanium, 0.004-0.006% copper, less than or equal to 0.025% phosphorus, 0.003-0.005% nitrogen, 0.001-0.003% vanadium , 0.005-0.02% niobium, 0.003-0.02% magnesium, 0.005-0.03% zirconium and iron and unavoidable impurities (remaining amount). The content of graphene in carbon is 20-50%. USE - The alloy steel is useful for heating radiator. ADVANTAGE - The alloy steel has heat transmission coefficient of more than 2-3 times of low-carbon steel radiator, reduced corrosion rate, spot etching pit number, and average point corrosion pit depth, and increased comprehensive corrosion resistance by about 24 times. The inner surface of radiator contact liquid does not need anti-corrosion coating. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the anti-corrosion alloy steel.
