NOVELTY - Anti-corrosive paint comprises 20-30 pts. wt. aqueous epoxy resin, 25-30 pts. wt. water, 5-10 pts. wt. graphene/polypyrrole polymer, 5-10 pts. wt. filler, 5-10 pts. wt. curing agent, 1-2 pts. wt. dispersant, 0.5-1 pts. wt. antifoaming agent, 0.5-1 pts. wt. flatting agent, 0.1-0.3 pts. wt. composite rare earth and 2-5 pts. wt. silane coupling agent as component A, and 10-15 pts. wt. E-20 epoxy resin, 15-25 pts. wt. silicon carbide micro-powder, 11-15 pts. wt. toluene diisocyanate prepolymer, 3-5 pts. wt. nano-titanium dioxide, 3-5 pts. wt. propylene glycol n-butyl ether, 2-4 pts. wt. organotin catalyst, 4-7 pts. wt. intumescent flame retardant system, 1-2 pts. wt. dioctyl phthalate and 5-8 pts. wt. silicon dioxide aerogel as component B, where the composite rare earth composed of 13-15 wt.% yttrium, 16-18 wt.% scandium, 9-11 wt.% gadolinium, 18-20 wt.% samarium, 9-11 wt.% praseodymium and lanthanum (balance amount), and the mass ratio between component A and components B is 3:1. USE - Used as anti-corrosive paint. ADVANTAGE - The method: is simple and easy to operate. The anti-corrosive paint: prolongs service life; and reduces cost. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing anti-corrosive paint, comprising (a) mixing uniformly aqueous epoxy resin and water, subjecting to ultrasonic treatment for 2-3 hours, adding filler and graphene/polypyrrole polymer, grinding in a ball mill for 3-4 hours to make filler dispersed uniformly in aqueous epoxy resin, adding curing agent, stirring for 1-1.5 hours, then adding dispersant, antifoaming agent, silane coupling agent, flatting agent and composite rare earth, and mixing uniformly under stirring condition to obtain component A, (b) adding E-20 epoxy resin and dioctyl phthalate into a reactor, heating to 90-99 degrees C, stirring uniformly, adding silicon carbide micro-powder and nano titanium dioxide, mixing uniformly under stirring condition, cooling to room temperature, adding intumescent flame retardant system and silicon dioxide aerogel under stirring condition, adding propylene glycol n-butyl ether, mixing uniformly under stirring condition, adding toluene diisocyanate prepolymer and organotin catalyst into the reactor, stirring uniformly, then filtering to obtain components B, and (c) mixing uniformly the component A and component B, then solidifying to obtain final product.
