NOVELTY - A titanium dioxide-carbon and titanium dioxide-reduced graphene oxide light support film comprises potassium titanium oxalate, diethylene glycol, cellulose paper, graphene oxide and silane coupling agent. USE - Titanium dioxide-carbon and titanium dioxide-reduced graphene oxide light support film used for visible photocatalyst degradation of methylene blue (claimed). DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of titanium dioxide-carbon and titanium dioxide-reduced graphene oxide light support film comprising dissolving potassium titanium oxalate into diethylene glycol water solution to obtain solution A, impregnating cellulose paper, hydrothermal reacting, taking out, washing, drying to obtain material B, adding into silane coupling agent solution, refluxing for 2-6 hours, taking out, washing, drying to obtain material C, dipping into graphene oxide water solution, standing for 2-6 hours, taking out, washing, drying to obtain material D, heating under nitrogen atmosphere at 400-600 degrees C, and keeping for 2-4 hours.
