NOVELTY - Flexible anti-corrosion belt comprises 40-80 pts. wt. aliphatic polyurethane resin, 5-20 pts. wt.anaerobic type unsaturated polyester resin, 5-30 pts. wt. resin slurry, 1-10 pts. wt. graphene resin, 1-5 pts. wt. chopped glass fiber initiator, 0.025-0.3 pts. wt.ultraviolet absorbent, 0.1-0.5 pts. wt. agent, 0.1-1 pts. wt. thickening agent. USE - Flexible anti-corrosion belt in abnormal piece surface-corrosion (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The flexible anti-corrosion belt has high economical efficiency, wide application, good corrosion resistance and excellent mechanical strength. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for the method for preparing anti-corrosion belt, which involves: 1. graphene resin slurry, aliphatic polyurethane resin, aliphatic polyurethane resin, anaerobic type unsaturated polyester resin tackifying resin and defoaming agent, shearing dispersion machine at 800-1000 revolutions per minute, rotating speed to disperse to obtain resin mixed solution; 2. adding initiator into the resin mixed solution prepared by ultraviolet absorbent and chopped glass fiber for 10-30 min at the rotating speed of 300- 500 revolutions per minute by a shearing dispersion machine at last adding thickening agent, dispersing uniformly to obtain coating liquid; 3. coating the coating liquid on the release film coating film thickness is 200 m curing for 10-30 min at 50-100℃ to obtain the anti-corrosion belt.
