▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing graphene modified conductive material comprises e.g. (i) subjecting the porous silicon powder obtained by etching the silicon-aluminum alloy to acid etching, reacting with a silane coupling agent and graphene oxide, (ii) dispersing in a polyvinyl alcohol solution, and (iii) mixing with aqueous polyurethane to obtain a graphene-modified conductive materials. USE - The graphene modified conductive material is useful in catalyst carrier, flexible photoelectric device, biological material, and sensing material. The graphene material has been used in the field of catalyst carrier. ADVANTAGE - The graphene modified conductive material improves the weather resistance and heat conduction, conductivity, and with wide application prospect.
