▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Coating agent comprises 3-5 pts. wt. graphene, 1-3 pts. wt. silicon-containing inorganic adhesive, 2-6 pts. wt. organic carbon source. USE - The coating agent is useful in silicon carbon material. ADVANTAGE - The coating agent: optimizes specific ratio and composition of the silicon-carbon material doped in the graphite cathode material, thus first efficiency is similar to that of graphite cathode material; has specific capacity of stable cycle more than 12% higher than that of graphite anode material and their capacity retention rate is better than 80% of graphite anode material after 3000 cycles. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: (1) silicon carbon material comprising 100 pts. wt. silicon-containing particles, 3-5 pts. wt. graphene, 1-3 pts. wt. silicon-containing inorganic adhesive and 2-6 pts. wt. organic carbon source; and (2) preparing silicon carbon material comprising adding graphene, inorganic binder and organic carbon source to silicon alloy powder, adding solvent, sand milling and uniformly mixing and performing heat treatment at 400-750 degrees C.
