NOVELTY - Outdoor construction, high environmental protection aqueous -based metal protective paint comprises 30-40 pts. wt. aqueous-based acrylic modified alkyd resin, 1-2 pts. wt. dispersant, and 10-16 pts. wt. nano titanium dioxide , 2-3 pts. wt. film-forming agent, 0.3-0.8 pts. wt. defoamer, 5-10 pts. wt. talc, 0.1-0.5 pts. wt. wetting agent, 0.3-0.5 pts. wt. thickener, 1-2 pts. wt. isooctyl phosphate, 0.1-0.3 pts. wt. leveling agent, 0.2-0.6 pts. wt. silane coupling agent, 0.4-0.6 pts. wt. drier and 25-35 pts. wt. deionized water; the aqueous -based acrylic acid modified alkyd resin is (i) mixing caprylic acid, capric acid, trimethylolpropane and phthalic acid in xylene, introducing maleic anhydride, stirring, mixing acrylic acid, acrylic acid hydroxyl ethyl ester and azobisisobutyronitrile, obtaining first mixed solution, mixing methyl methacrylate and butyl methacrylate, introducing mixed solution into aqueous-based acrylic resin and and stirring. USE - Used as outdoor construction, high environmental protection aqueous-based metal protective paint. ADVANTAGE - The structure can increase the glass transition temperature of the paint and ensure that the metallic paint has a low film-forming temperature. In this way, the viscosity of alkyd resin is moderate at lower ambient temperature, which is convenient for construction.
