NOVELTY - Producing graphene-based composite fiber fabric involves using graphene-carbon nanotube composite film as substrate, and then cutting into strips to obtain a strip-shaped graphene-carbon nanotube composite film, combining multiple of strips of graphene-carbon nanotube composite films and self-weaving, and knitting together with cotton fibers to get semi-finished fabric, soaking the semi-finished fabric with mixed acid solution in deionized water. USE - Method for producing graphene-based composite fiber fabric. ADVANTAGE - The method enables to produce graphene-based composite fiber fabric avoids metal fiber metal fiber winding problem and in weaving process is easy to break, and improves shielding performance of the product. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Producing graphene-based composite fiber fabric involves using graphene-carbon nanotube composite film as substrate, and then cutting into strips to obtain a strip-shaped graphene-carbon nanotube composite film, combining multiple of strips of graphene-carbon nanotube composite films and self-weaving, and knitting together with cotton fibers to get semi-finished fabric, soaking the semi-finished fabric with mixed acid solution in deionized water. The obtained semi-finished fabric is dried and ultrasonic treatment is performed and then subjected to plasma surface treatment to introduce hydroxyl and carboxyl groups on surface of fabric to obtain final product.
