NOVELTY - Graphene-modified high-strength nickel-based complex material comprises 290-325 pts. wt. nickel(II) sulfate, 20-35 pts. wt. nickel(II) chloride, 25-40 pts. wt. boric acid, 0.05-0.2 pts. wt. sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate(SDBS), 0.05-0.2 pts. wt. saccharin, 15-300 pts. wt. graphene dispersion liquid, and 700-985 pts. wt. deionized water. USE - Used as graphene-modified high-strength nickel-based complex material. ADVANTAGE - The graphene: is evenly dispersed in the metal matrix; plays the role of grain refinement; and improves the tensile strength and yield strength of nickel-based graphene composites due to the larger fracture strength of graphene. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the graphene-modified high-strength nickel-based complex material comprising (a) mixing nitric acid and sulfuric acid and stir to obtain an acid solution, adding graphene into the acid solution and oscillate ultrasonically, filtering the acid solution and washing the graphene to neutral with deionized water, and drying under vacuum atmosphere to obtain acidified graphene, (b) stirring and mixing the dichlorosulfoxide and NN-dimethylformamide to obtain a mixed solution, and carrying out acidification treatment of graphene, stirring and mixing with the mixed solution, and reactinjg under a water bath condition of 60 degrees C, washing with tetrahydrofuran until clear, filtering and drying to obtain the graphene chloride, (c) taking the acyl chloride graphene and adding it to the ethylenediamine solution, reacting at a temperature of 100 degrees C, washing with anhydrous tetrahydrofuran, filtering and drying to obtain the aminated graphene, (d) using deionized water to disperse the aminated graphene into graphene dispersion liquid, (e) adding nickel(II) sulfate, nickel(II) chloride, boric acid, and SDBS, saccharin, graphene dispersion liquid, and deionized water into the electrolytic cell, stirring to completely dissolve the chemicals to obtain the electrodeposition liquid, (f) adjusting the double-pulse power supply, where forward pulse cycle is 100 times and the reverse pulse cycle is 10 times in one cycle, electrodeposition current density is set to 18-55 mA/cm2 during the forward pulse, while the ultrasonic wave continuously oscillates the electrodeposition liquid and stirs The device continues to stir the electrodeposition solution to assist the dispersion of graphene in the electrodeposition solution, using titanium as the cathode plate and using pure nickel as the anode plate, where electrode spacing is 19 cm, electrodeposition time is 30-300 minutes, electrodeposition temperature is 30-60 degrees C, pH value of electrolyte is 4-5.5.
