NOVELTY - Mobile phone backplane comprises 12-18 pts. wt. zirconium dioxide, 6-8 pts. wt. silica, 8-10 pts. wt. polybutylene terephthalate, 4-5 pts. wt. ultrafine magnesium oxide, 3-5 pts. wt. ultrafine alumina, 0.3-0.6 pt. wt. sodium metaphosphoric acid, 0.2-0.3 pt. wt. sodium sulfate, 0.6-1.2 pts. wt. maleic anhydride, 21-28 pts. wt. metal complex dye solution, 0.3-0.7 pt. wt. surfactant, 55-60 pts. wt. diethylene glycol methyl ethyl ether, 11-13 pts. wt. tetraethylene glycol dimethyl ether, 6-9 pts. wt. isophorone, 2-3 pts. wt. butyrolactone, 1-5 pts. wt. graphene, and 0.5-1 pt. wt. glass fiber. USE - As mobile phone backplane. ADVANTAGE - The mobile phone backplane has excellent colorful effect, wear resistance, hardness, thermal conductivity, heat dissipation and aesthetics, and use experience. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for manufacturing a mobile phone backplane involves (a) mixing diethylene glycol methyl ethyl ether, tetraethylene glycol dimethyl ether, isophorone, butyrolactone, and surfactant into the metal complex dye solution, stirring at 450-600 rpm for 15-20 minutes, and heating up 40-50 degrees C and stirring until completely dissolved, maturing for 1.5-2 hours, preparing the Aurora Bright Inkjet Ink for mobile phone backplane and spare, (b) ultrasonically dispersing zirconium dioxide, silicon dioxide, superfine magnesia, superfine alumina, glass fiber and graphene for 15-20 minutes until uniform, to obtain composition A, (c) adding polybutylene terephthalate, sodium metaphosphate, sodium sulfate, maleic anhydride, copper dialkyldithiocarbamate and dialkyldithio carbamate to the composition A obtained in step (b), stirring for 3-5 minutes at 45-55 degrees C, ultrasonically dispersing for 30 minutes, molding, and hot-pressing to make a plate-shaped blank, (d) heating the plate-shaped blank obtained in step (c) to 160-170 degrees C, keeping warm for 20-30 minutes, sintering at a temperature of 1000-1200 degrees C for 2-3 hours, and naturally cooling to room temperature to obtain a mobile phone backplane after post-processing, and (e) filtering and filling the mobile phone backplane prepared in step (d) with the aurora bright inkjet ink prepared in step (a) using a multi-stage filtering method to prepare a mobile phone backplane with a colorful effect.
