▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Process for preparing nanocubons comprises (a) mixing polypropylene carbonate in tetrahydrofuran to obtain a first mixture, (b) emulsifying the first mixture with polyvinyl alcohol to obtain an emulsion, (c) ultrasonically processing the emulsion to obtain a ultrasonically processed mixture, and (d) evaporating solvent from the ultrasonically processed mixture followed by pelleting to obtain nanocubons. USE - The process is used for preparing nanocubons for electronic devices for providing electrical insulation. ADVANTAGE - The nanocubons have uniform size and morphology, and dielectric property, and are free from ceramics fillers. The nanocubons have small size of 100-250 nm which provides miniaturization, and coating over metal-metal, metal-polymer, and polymer-polymer complexes. The nanocubons have compactness with free from agglomeration which is not with the case of the graphene sheet, and proves excellent alternative for carbon nanotubes and graphene nanofillers. The nanocubons provide physical and mechanical strength to composite, and excellent thermal conduction due to its semi-crystallinity and sustainability, and durability with high working temperature.
