NOVELTY - Preparing high-strength environment-friendly calcium silicate board by placing 300-400 pts. wt. white mud, 60-80 pts. wt. quartz tail ore powder, 30-60 pts. wt. fly ash, 80-160 pts. wt. water, and 1-5 pts. wt. water reducing agent into wet ball mill to wet grinding slurry A, taking 120-180 pts. wt. glass optical fiber waste mud, 30-60 pts. wt. superfine ceramic fiber, 40-80 pts. wt. grinding auxiliary agent mixing wet grinding to obtain slurry B; taking slurry A and B, adding 80-150 pts. wt. waste paper pulp, 20-30 pts. wt. aqueous epoxy resin emulsion, 50-60 pts. wt. graphene oxide, and 60-100 pts. wt. water, uniformly stirring to obtain slurry C, placing slurry C into template, using paper mill exhaust waste heat steaming, drying, and polishing to obtain desired calcium silicate board. USE - The method is useful for preparing high-strength environment-friendly calcium silicate board. ADVANTAGE - The plate has high anti-folding strength, excellent heat insulation performance, and great popularization value.
