NOVELTY - Preparing aqueous noise-reducing coating, comprises e.g. (i) taking 20-40 pts. wt. aqueous acrylic emulsion, 30-60 pts. wt. rutile titanium dioxide, 10-30 pts. wt. high-strength film-forming agent, 8-12 pts. wt. graphene aerogel, 10-30 pts. wt. methyl acrylate, 20-40 pts. wt. methyl methacrylate, 15-35 pts. wt. divinylbenzene, 30-50 pts. wt. acrylamide, 10-25 pts. wt. isoprene, 5-25 pts. wt. silicon dioxide, 10-25 pts. wt. dispersant, 10-30 pts. wt. wetting agent, 5-15 pts. wt. thickener, 5-10 pts. wt. defoamer, 10-30 pts. wt. polyacrylonitrile fiber, 30-40 pts. wt. water and 5-15 pts. wt. pH regulator, (ii) pouring graphene aerogel and rutile titanium dioxide into a ball milling device for heating and grinding, and (iii) pouring aqueous acrylic emulsion, high-strength film former, methyl acrylate, methyl methacrylate, divinylbenzene, acrylamide, isoprene, silica, dispersant, wetting agent, thickener, defoamer, polyacrylonitrile fiber and water into a vacuum stirring vessel. USE - The coating is useful for automobiles (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method: increases the film-forming performance and storage stability of the product; recycles the graphene aerogel; is environmentally friendly; utilizes aromatic compounds contained in the material to improve the stability of the coating; simultaneously prevent the coating from swelling and cracking; and improves the use effect of the coating. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing aqueous noise-reducing coating, comprises (i) taking 20-40 pts. wt. aqueous acrylic emulsion, 30-60 pts. wt. rutile titanium dioxide, 10-30 pts. wt. high-strength film-forming agent, 8-12 pts. wt. graphene aerogel, 10-30 pts. wt. methyl acrylate, 20-40 pts. wt. methyl methacrylate, 15-35 pts. wt. divinylbenzene, 30-50 pts. wt. acrylamide, 10-25 pts. wt. isoprene, 5-25 pts. wt. silicon dioxide, 10-25 pts. wt. dispersant, 10-30 pts. wt. wetting agent, 5-15 pts. wt. thickener, 5-10 pts. wt. defoamer, 10-30 pts. wt. polyacrylonitrile fiber, 30-40 pts. wt. water and 5-15 pts. wt. regulator, preferably 20 pts. wt. separate aqueous acrylic emulsion, 30 pts. wt. rutile titanium dioxide, 10 pts. wt. high-strength film former, 8 pts. wt. graphene aerogel, 10 pts. wt. methyl acrylate, 20 pts. wt. methyl methacrylate, 15 pts. wt. divinylbenzene, 30 pts. wt. acrylamide, 10 pts. wt. isoprene, 5 pts. wt. silicon dioxide, 10 pts. wt. dispersant, 10 pts. wt. wetting agent, 5 pts. wt. thickener, 5 pts. wt. defoamer, 10 pts. wt. polyacrylonitrile fiber, 30 pts. wt. water and 5 pts. wt. regulator, (ii) pouring graphene aerogel and rutile titanium dioxide into a ball milling device for heating and grinding, (iii) pouring aqueous acrylic emulsion, high-strength film former, methyl acrylate, methyl methacrylate, divinylbenzene, acrylamide, isoprene, silica, dispersant, wetting agent, thickener, defoamer, polyacrylonitrile fiber and water into a vacuum stirring vessel, and stirring at room temperature, (iv) pouring the grinded graphene aerogel and rutile titanium dioxide mixture into the mixed solution, allowing to settle for precipitation, and pouring a regulator to adjust the pH, (v) pouring the pH-regulator into a filter device and passing the filtering and high-temperature sterilization, and then cooling the coating through the cooling equipment to reach a low activity state and then drying it to obtain a finished coating, and (vi) placing the cooled coating into cans, and storing.
