▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Production of double-machine mixed aerogel-graphite integrated thermal insulation board comprises adding filling particles to base liquid, dispersing to obtain coating liquid, prefoaming unfoamed polystyrene beadsunder steam for 3 minutes, aging at room temperature for 24 hours, immersing in the coating liquid, stirring at room temperature for 30 minutes, secondary foaming molding, and drying to obtain coated polystyrene foam; adding 100-300 pts. wt. magnesium sulfate and 50-70 pts. wt. magnesium oxide into 300-500 pts. wt. water, stirring, adding 5-15 pts. wt. silicon aerogel and 1-3 pts. wt. sugar calcium, stirring for 5 minutes, adding 100-120 pts. wt. polystyrene foam, mixing, shaping, and demolding to obtain foam substrate; coating thermal insulation coating on the surface of the foam substrate and drying at 45-50degreesC to form a thermal insulation layer; and binding decorative materials on the surface of the thermal insulation layer. USE - The method is used for producing double-machine mixed aerogel-graphite integrated thermal insulation board. ADVANTAGE - The coating layer surface layer is used as a bracket structure. The graphene oxide of the internal access aluminum ion is capable of forming a dense carbon layer to isolate the flame and protects the substrate. The board has excellent flame retardant property.
