NOVELTY - Electric surface heater textile structure comprises: an electric planar heating element (110) made of an electric planar heating element coating layer (112) coated on at least one side of a textile (111); and a temperature control circuit part that is waterproofed and attached to the electric planar heating element, and includes a temperature sensor for sensing the temperature of the electric planar heating element, a humidity sensor for detecting humidity outside the electric planar heating element, a temperature control module for controlling the temperature of the electric planar heating element, a flexible battery for applying current to the electric planar heating element, and an electromagnetic wave shielding cover, when a low temperature is detected by the temperature sensor, the temperature control module is controlled to drive the electric planar heating element to generate heat at a normal body temperature. USE - Used as electric surface heater textile structure. ADVANTAGE - The electric surface heater textile structure: is equipped with electronic board circuit that implements body temperature tracking and heating functions; and monitors the wearer's body temperature and controls the heating function through wireless communication with the outside, and perform a safety function that can easily receive help from an external helper in an emergency. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Electric surface heater textile structure comprises: an electric planar heating element made of an electric planar heating element coating layer coated on at least one side of the textile, where the textile has a predetermined thickness, and a coating liquid composition include 15 wt.% polyvinylidene fluoride-based copolymer solution as a fixed polymer, 15-45 wt.% graphene, 15-45 wt.% carbon nanotube and 10-30 wt.% graphite nanofiber, which are exothermic materials; and a temperature control circuit part that is waterproofed and attached to the electric planar heating element, and includes a temperature sensor for sensing the temperature of the electric planar heating element, a humidity sensor for detecting humidity outside the electric planar heating element, a temperature control module for controlling the temperature of the electric planar heating element, a flexible battery for applying current to the electric planar heating element, a wireless communication module for short-distance wireless communication with an external smart device, and an electromagnetic wave shielding cover, when a low temperature is detected by the temperature sensor, the temperature control module is controlled to drive the electric planar heating element to generate heat at a normal body temperature.
