NOVELTY - The preparation method of visible light catalytic activity of cadmium sulfide/graphene material involves dispersing graphite oxide in solvent and ultrasonically peeling to obtain graphite oxide solution, mixing cadmium salt solution, sulfur source and templating agent, and ultrasonically dispersing to obtain cadmium salt/sulfur source/graphite oxide mixed solution, performing irradiation treatment of mixed solution, washing and filtering to obtain cadmium sulfide/graphene nanocomposite material, and absorbing cadmium salt/sulfur source/graphite oxide mixed solution. USE - The method is useful for preparing visible light catalytic activity of cadmium sulfide/graphene material (claimed). DETAILED DESCRIPTION - The preparation method of visible light catalytic activity of cadmium sulfide/graphene material involves dispersing graphite oxide in solvent and ultrasonically peeling at power of 450-1200 W to obtain 0.1-4 mg/ml graphite oxide solution, mixing 1-5 mmol/l cadmium salt solution, 1-5 mmol/l sulfur source and 0.05-1 mg/ml templating agent, and ultrasonically dispersing to obtain cadmium salt/sulfur source/graphite oxide mixed solution, performing irradiation treatment of mixed solution at room temperature, washing and filtering to obtain cadmium sulfide/graphene nanocomposite material, and absorbing cadmium salt/sulfur source/graphite oxide mixed solution at dosage rate of 10-1000 kGy and dosage rate of 10-300 Gy/minute. The cadmium salt is cadmium chloride, cadmium nitrate or cadmium sulfate. The sulfur source is thiol, sodium thiosulfate, carbon disulfide or thioacetamide. The templating agent is sodium dodecylbenzene sulfonate, sodium lauryl sulfate, polyvinylpyrrolidone, polyvinyl alcohol, cetyltrimethylammonium bromide or vinyl acetate. The solvent is water, ethanol, ethylene glycol, ethylenediamine aqueous solution, ethanol and/or toluene solution.
