▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Antibacterial material is prepared using o-carboxymethyl chitosan coated silver nanoparticle and graphene oxide in a mass ratio of (1:5)-(5:1). The o-carboxymethyl chitosan coated silver nanoparticle comprises nanosilver core and O-carboxymethyl chitosan shell where the O-carboxymethyl chitosan shell is adsorbed on the surface of the nanosilver core. The o-carboxymethyl chitosan coated silver nanoparticle is uniformly loaded on the surface of graphene oxide. USE - The material is useful for optimizing antibacterial effect against Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The material is non-toxic to humans and cost-effective and has minimum inhibitory concentration of 0.25 mu /ml against E.coli and 1 mu /ml against S.aureus.
