NOVELTY - Preparing thermally conductive silicone rubber comprises (i) mixing graphene oxide with water in a mass ratio of 1:10-1:20, then adding aqueous ammonia to adjust the pH value, and ultrasonically dispersing to obtain dispersion 1#, (ii) mixing 20-30 pts. wt. acrylonitrile, 5-8 pts. wt. azobisisobutyronitrile, 5-8 pts. wt. n-hexane and 5-8 pts. wt. methyl methacrylate, and ultrasonicating to obtain dispersion 2#, (iii) high-speed shearing of dispersion 2# and dispersion 1# in a low mass ratio of 1:5-1:10, nitrogen-filled high-pressure insulating and reacting, cooling, pressurizing, discharging, filtering, and washing to obtain modified filler, and (iv) adding 100-120 pts. wt. silicone rubber, 8-10 pts. wt. cross-linking agent, 3-5 pts. wt. vulcanizing agent, 3-5 pts. wt. plasticizer, 3-5 pts. wt. catalyst, 3-5 pts. wt. octadecylamine, 20-30 pts. wt. modified filler and 8-10 pts. wt. modified additive, then mixing, and vulcanizing to obtain thermally conductive silicone rubber. USE - The method is useful for preparing thermally conductive silicone rubber.
