NOVELTY - Preparing iron-cobalt and nitrogen ternary co-doped three-dimensional graphene having catalytic synergistic effect comprises e.g. reacting fully aromatic polybenzimidazole with iron salt and cobalt salt mixed solution to obtain complex of polybenzimidazole and iron ion and cobalt ion, adding nano-template agent into reaction mixture, regularly arranging complexes on the surface of the templating agent under the protection of inert gas pyrolysis, removing templating agent and other processes to obtain iron-cobalt and nitrogen ternary co-doped three-dimensional graphene. USE - The iron-cobalt and nitrogen ternary co-doped three-dimensional graphene is useful in oxidation and reduction catalyst, fuel cell, metal air battery oxygen reduction catalyst, electrolysis of water to precipitate catalyst and super capacitors (claimed).
