NOVELTY - Graphene-based polymer composition comprises 20-30 wt.% graphite, 15-25 wt.% strong proton acid, 10-20 wt.% ascorbic acid, 2-4 wt.% potassium permanganate, 15-25 wt.% ethanol, 10-20 wt.% isocyanate, 1-3 wt.% polystyrene, 0.5-1 wt.% N,N-dimethylformamide, 5-10 wt.% epoxy resin and 0.5-1 wt.% initiator. USE - Used as graphene-based polymer composition. ADVANTAGE - The composition: has high specific surface area, high density, and prolongs service life of graphene. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing graphene-based polymer composition comprises (i) choosing above raw materials; (ii) preparing graphene; (iii) performing irradiation reduction; (iv) preparing polymer composition; (v) processing washing; (vi) inspecting quality and packaging, where in the step (i), the content of each component is: 20-30% graphite, 15-25 wt.% strong proton acid, 10-20 wt.% ascorbic acid, 2-4 wt.% potassium permanganate, 15-25 wt.% ethanol, 10-20 wt.% isocyanate, 1-3 wt.% polystyrene, 0.5-1 wt.% N,N-dimethylformamide, 5-10 wt.% epoxy resin and 0.5-1 wt.% initiator, where the preparation of graphene includes (a) manually cleaning the reactor and adding graphite to maintain the normal temperature, (b) placing potassium permanganate into the reaction kettle, mixing in strong protonic acid, stirring while adding strong proton acid, (c) stopping stirring under sealed reactor, reacting for 1-2 hours obtaining graphite oxide; (iv) placing the obtained graphite oxide in a ceramic crucible, placing the ceramic crucible in a muffle furnace, and taking out after heating for 30 seconds, (e) placing the heated graphite oxide in an aqueous solution and placing in an ultrasonic machine for ultrasound stripped for 20 minutes to obtain a graphene suspension, (f) placing the obtained graphene suspension in a freezer and freeze-drying obtaining graphene, storing the obtained graphene in a ceramic bucket, blending in ascorbic acid, placing inside the irradiator after stirring uniformly, using ultraviolet radiation for 1-2 hours, where the polymer compounding includes (a) placing graphene into the reactor manually, mixing with isocyanic acid, and keeping at normal temperature, (b) placing polystyrene and N,N-dimethylformamide into the reactor in order, and stirring, (c) stopping stirring, sealing the reaction kettle, and pouring in an inert gas to react for 1-2 hours, (d) opening the reaction kettle, adding epoxy resin and initiator, stirring and continuing the reaction for 30 minutes to obtain a graphene polymer solution, (e) cooling the obtained graphene polymer solution and then adding ethanol, obtaining the graphene polymer material by washing with water, and (f) manually inspecting the graphene polymer material obtained in the step (e), then qualifying by inspection, packing in a box and storing in a cool place.
