NOVELTY - A tetrapolyurethane (TPU) film comprises 50-60 pts. wt. diisocyanate, 35-50 pts. wt. polyol, 0.01-0.5 pt. wt. graphene, 5-10 pts. wt. 2-acrylamido-2-methyl-1-propanesulfonic acid, 15-30 pts. wt. styrene-acrylonitrile copolymer, 2-8 pts. wt. heavy chain extender and 0.1-1 pt. wt. catalyst. USE - Tetrapolyurethane film used for medical, electrical and mechanical needs. ADVANTAGE - The film has good flexibility and abrasion resistance, good combination property, and wide application prospect. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of TPU film comprising adding diisocyanate to storage tank, adding polyol in another storage tank, adding chain extender and catalyst into third storage tank, stirring condition, vacuum dehydrating, and injecting into double screw extruder; feeding dual-screw extruder with 2-acrylamido-2-methyl -1-propane sulfonic acid and styrene-acrylonitrile copolymer, reacting at 110-190 degrees C, and granulating to obtain TPU particles; and single screw extruder casting forming with automatic restoring function.
